Education

  • Serves as an education resource for families in Pullman
  • Serves as a resource for local schools in the community
  • Works to influence the quality of education in local schools

Membership

  • Builds current membership log
  • Runs membership drives
  • Maintains membership applications
  • Keeps membership records current
  • Oversees meet and greet at sign-in table during PCO meetings

Beman Committee

  • Administer Facade Reimbursement Program
  • Resource for historic compliance within Historic Pullman
  • Educate residents on historic significance of Pullman
  • Update Homeowner reference guide

Pullman Flyer

  • Editorial Board works together to produce monthly flyer in print and web
  • Solicits and/or monitors advertising
  • Gathers Neighborhood news and information from various contributors
  • Oversees distribution of flyers to zone directors

Hospitality

  • Refreshments at various events
  • Organizes Volunteers as needed to assist
  • Budget conscious working with allotted PCO funds, business, and neighborhood contributions to refreshments

Nominating Committee

  • Nominates Pullman residents for open electable positions
