1. February 6, Monday at PCO building on 113th Street: Art Space meeting with Consultants, Q&A session, to bring together the many different groups in Pullman

1. For the year 2012 the rules for properties going in front of the landmark commission review board have changed. RB to forward change information to all of the Beman
Committee members.

d. 11257 S. St. Lawrence – door

1. GlennCo questioned existing door at 11257 S. St. Lawrence because there is an existing transom in place. The committee consulted the new study and the transom is not original, therefore we recommend it be removed and the taller, historically accurate, door installed.

e. RB to take new paint color to Sherwin Williams on Stoney Island so they have all of the Pullman Paint colors on hand.

of investment already in the project. – Note that RB was
asked to leave the room when this motion was discussed and made.
