Welcome to Pullman

Community Voice & Collective Action Since 1960

The Pullman Civic Organization (PCO) brings residents and homeowners of Chicago's Far South Side neighborhood together through this membership-driven organization. Pullman, now a National Historical Park, began as a company town created by the Pullman Palace Car Company in the 1880s and later became a national symbol of labor rights. Today, members of the PCO actively embrace this legacy and serve as stewards of its historic architecture. As volunteers we collectively leverage resources and advocate for issues that matter to our community, reshaped by time.

The Organization is registered as a Not-For-Profit Corporation under the laws of the State of Illinois.

Join us in kicking off our 2024 membership drive and be part of this vibrant and engaged community
